Gatti conducts Mahler Saturday, June 29th at 6:30 GMT It was while conducting the Orchestre National through Mahler's 4th thatDaniele Gatti thought that, should he be offered the job of music director of this orchestra, he would accept straight away. After a few seasons, Gatti has chosen Mahler´s Symphony No. 4 for his second concert in Saint-Denis where he will conduct the Orchestre National de France with the German soprano Christiane Oelze.
