Dorothea Röschmann, the German soprano, is a serious artist, and a lieder program is a serious undertaking. Hair pulled back, her gold-brown gown and wrap presenting a shining facade, she offered, at her Thursday night recital at Zankel Hall, a program arranged with understated care: eight Schubert songs, three Mahler and Berg’s “Seven Early Songs.”
